"The riding was top notch – both challenging and beautiful...Everything about the trip met or exceeded my expectations.I look forward to riding your tour again." James Swanson - Omaha, Nebraska
"This is a great ride. ...I personally like the relaxed atmosphere, I think this is a result from the numbers of riders and the interface with the organization and volunteers. This is a totally different experience from the “biggies” in June.I hope you can keep it that way." David Currie - The Woodlands, Texas
The 2012 CRMBT promises to once again be the premier weeklong Colorado bicycle tour. The Rocky Mountains offer challenging climbs, beautiful scenery and fun mountain towns for all of the 2012 participants.
What makes the CRMBT special is this is the tour that is created for cyclists by cyclists. We understand what makes a really memorable ride.
First off it's a great route. The 2012 route will take you over some of the highest and most challenging climbs is Colorado. But it just not big hills, it’s the way the climbs and the days link to each other along with the towns we visit that make the 2012 route a really great ride.
Everybody likes to share the experience with friends and fellow riders, but at the CRMBT you’re not sharing it with a huge crowd. The ride is capped at 500 riders, so you’ll have plenty opportunity to meet new friends on the road, but you won't get crowded out at the Aid Stations or stuck in a large pack with novice riders. You’ll be able to find a good hotel room and get into the smaller town’s restaurants without long waits. If you’re camping, you'll find plenty space and hot showers.
The CRMBT is for the serious cyclist, the passionate cyclist. It is for you.
